3. Can I wash my doona?

   • Absolutely. Use the 14kg or 27kg washers and 20kg or 34kg dryers.

4. What times are you open?

   • We are open 24/7 x 365 days a year.

5. How clean are the machines?

   • Machines are cleaned daily as well as sanitized each week.

6. Can we use coins?

   • No, Our machines are not coin-operated because of theft. Cashless has become the norm in our society today.

7. Why SpeedQueen machines?

   • We searched long and wide to find the right machine. We chose SpeedQueen not only the best quality machines, but also the size of the machines and more importantly some cool features which we will implement in the future.

8. Can I wash animal blankets?

   • No, it is unhygienic to do so.

9. Do we sell Detergent?

   • No, customers are required to bring their own however we do offer free liquid detergent for communal use.

10. Do we have security?

    • Yes, we do have security. We have 8 cameras on site, including the backroom and outside. Safety is important to us.
